I had a bad experiance with nature air on my last trip. Reservations were made on line in advance. Upon arrival they revealed they over booked and that if we insisted on being on our reserved flight our luggage would not travel with us. If we waited 6hrs, we could travel w/ our luggage and they would credit us the flt. fare for our touble. We waited and our luggage still did not travel with us as they over waited that flt. too. and not only did they ruin a whole day of our vacation and part of the next waiting for our luggage , they did not credit us the fare and are ignoring our communications even with the help of a Costa rican travel agent. The air line agent at the time in question, I'm sorry to say, is a bold face liar and most probably does this regularly in the high season. Bottom line, more money is more important than happy customers. They are picking up the capitalistic greedy syndrome quite nicely. Thanks for listening.

I also had a horrible nature air experience. They lost our reservation on our return flight to San Jose. I showed them the printed receipt and confirmation and everything. So they drove us to san jose with 2 other couples and promised to refund our money within 15 business days. I've been waiting over 2 months and several communications with the administrative department. Don't fly.

On Saturday, May 31, I paid a total of $150 (for 2 tickets) to Nature Air for a

June 1 flight from Quepos to San Jose, CR

The plane never arrived and the flight was cancelled. We, along with approx 14 other passengers were refused a refund.
