When you intend to go on an adventure abroad, it is only best that you get the best tour guides out there who really know how is it like touring people new to the place.
I cannot be sure if it is the best, but certainly one of the good ones out there is Carrillo Tours. They say to see is to believe, so here's one of the tour videos of Carillo in Samar Beach.
