we are a small "open community" type facility with 5 apartments for retired individuals or couples who wish to enjoy their retirement years without the hassles of ownership, maintenance and taxes - we operate the facility on a famiy basis with common eating facilities and social gathering areas - individual apartment TV service is an available option and covered secure parking area is provided for each individual's vehicle

let folks like ourselves know we exist

years ago and it was for Real Estate

we have many Toucans on our property and we see them every day, so it was a natural
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
family setting and atmosphere - like minded people
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
we intend to enjoy our place with 4 or 5 folks like us who want peace and quiet in their retirement life
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
not really concerned about that - we are paid for and have no debts
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
we would complete the finishes that we do on a "as money is available" basis now

building inefficiency and lack of materials in Costa Rica

not much
